SHIPPING POLICY

Kindly be informed that the product final volumetric weight of your order will determine the total charges for delivery. Orders delivered outside Malaysia may be subject to local duties, taxes and customs clearance fees which will not be calculated by the Website
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, however, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual during busy sale periods. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It will depend on quantity & weight item(s). Shipping will be done by a third party courier and the delivery time will vary by location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Qalby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Qalby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pick-up Requirement and Process
1. Make an arrangement with Qalby Souq person in charge 24 hours before the desired date and time to pick up via these contacts:

2. Once the arrangement has been made, we will prepare the Order by the Pick-up Time. In some cases, a reasonable delay may be expected. We agree to hold the Order for you no more than a reasonable period of twenty (20) minutes from the Pick-up Time (“Holding Time”) and shall not be obliged to provide the Order to you if you fail to Pick-up your Order within the Holding Time.
3. Should you want to re-attempt the pick-up, please contact the person in charge you have been liaised with. Immediate attempt of pick-up may be arranged, depending on courtesy of the person in charge.
4. We may consider an ad hoc pick-up arrangement but it must be arranged at least 3 hours before the desired pick up time. If you placed a Pick-Up order less than 3 hours before the end of pick-up hours, we may reserve the right to decline the Pick-Up order at our discretion. Please be sure to check the Self Pick-up hours before placing the order.
REFUND POLICY
You may exchange/return, within 14 working days from delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please make sure that any items you would like to exchange/return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available.
If you require a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery. (This is not inclusive of any delivery charges).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@qalby.io. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale/promotional items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, please email us to check on the availability of the stock before you initiate an exchange request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You may post the return items to:
